It ranges from “where are you at in your cycle?”, our health, basic check in’s, surviving and thriving in motherhood, mindset shifts, sisterhood, spirituality, the creative spirit, and so on. It never gets old - same topics, but different filters. THIS part of being human, THIS seeking out new info that challenges us, changes us and inspires us. . . just lights. us. up. This conversation takes us on a journey of Cait's trip to Greece as a family of 4! The trip was sprinkled with both exhilaration and exhaustion, ups and downs, ins and outs, all alongside many wandering roosters and rogue donkeys!

- Preparing for the 4-week trip, flying & traveling with little ones (spilling all the tips!)
